Finding Global Opportunities With The Misrad-less JLM Remote Board
Earlier this May Shay Ke created the Misrad-Less group, a community for “office-less” freelancers and remote workers in Jerusalem. Over the past 6 months, Almost 300 freelancers and remote members joined the group — and we know many more are out there.
A supportive ecosystem for freelancers is a crucial step towards attracting the best companies in the world to Jerusalem. Today we are taking a step in that direction with the release of our remote job board.

The Misrad-less remote board has over 230 remote jobs, from 20 remote companies that either already have Jerusalem presence, or represent a leading brand that we think can be a good fit for the city. The board pulls jobs automatically from these companies’ websites on a weekly basis. You can find it as a pinned post in the Misrad-less facebook group, or with the shortlink bit.ly/misradless. Check back to find new jobs every week.
The board was developed by Snir Sharristh as part of the weekly hack night society “Side Project Club”.
Why Remote
After meeting with some of the world’s leading brands, we found that freelancers play a major role in deciding where companies set up their next offices.
We were surprised to discover that for their first hires, most companies weren’t looking for managers with team building and coordination expertise. Instead, they are looking for freelancers, who can work independently in a remote environment. Companies love freelancers for their ability to communicate often, and to measure work in deliverables, not time spent in the office.
We hope that this job board can help you find opportunities that you didn’t know were available before in Jerusalem.
