1. Start with the basics.

Know what field you are looking for and what jobs you are willing to take. Do your research. This will help you get started on the right path and give clarity on how you should approach your search.

2. Know Your Field.

Get to know the community around the field you want to get into. Networking is the key. Attend events, join groups, and Meetups catered for the general community and specifically toward your field.

4. Use Community Resources.

Many companies are hiring all the time regardless if they have a post up. It does not hurt to send HR a short email saying what your skills are and an attached CV. These are two great databases of companies in Jerusalem.
