When WeWork opened in Jerusalem, smack dab in the city center, many saw it as confirmation of the strength of Jerusalem’s hi-tech scene, as well as an impetus to further growth for the city’s entrepreneurship sector. Since its opening, it’s quickly becoming a hub for businesses, as well as social change organizations -but, perhaps as importantly, it’s also becoming a great center for events and parties.

This was on full display on the second night of Hanukkah, when WeWork Jerusalem had a grand opening party, open to the public free of charge, featuring Benjy Singer, WeWork Israel’s General Manager, as well as outgoing Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat, and incoming Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon.

But it wasn’t all speeches: The party was also a chance to dance, mingle, and enjoy drinks and sufganiyot.

Looking forward to WeWork continuing to give us fun events -and free sufganiyot, of course!

WeWork: Not just for work, but for parties too!
